Mother of Divine Grace School recommends that students take a standardized test each year. Regular testing provides insights into students' strengths and weaknesses and gives a benchmark for student progress each year and helps prepare students for eventual college admissions tests.
Families are encouraged to send in test results to the MODG office, regardless of where the student took the test; however, MODG does offer a few online different testing options each year as well.
- The Classic Learning Test is offered each semester; families can sign up for the Grades 8 and 10 versions through the Family Site, while sign-ups for the high school version take place directly on the CLT website.
- The Stanford Achievement Test Online, 10th edition is offered over multiple sessions each spring.
- The Performance Series standardized tests are offered in reading and math and are available throughout the year.
Families do not need to send in test results for tests taken through MODG, as scores for these are automatically available to the office.
Information on registering for the above tests is emailed to enrolled families at the beginning of each semester.
More information on testing, in general, can be found here.
