Mother of Divine Grace School recommends that students take a standardized test each year. Regular testing provides insights into students' strengths and weaknesses, gives a benchmark for student progress, and helps prepare students for eventual college admissions tests.
Families are encouraged to send in test results to the MODG office, regardless of where the student took the test. MODG does, however, offer a few different online testing options each year:
- The Classic Learning Tests for grades 8 and 10 and the official CLT are offered each semester. CLT 3-7 for grades 3-7 are available during a three-week testing period in the spring.
- The Stanford Achievement Test Online, 10th edition, is offered over multiple sessions each spring.
- The Performance Series standardized tests are available throughout the year.
Families do not need to send in test results for tests taken through MODG, as scores for these are automatically available to the office.
Information on registering for the above tests is emailed to enrolled families at the beginning of each semester.
More information on testing, in general, can be found here.
