Mother of Divine Grace follows the traditional academic year for the United States. Enrollment opens in March for the academic year that runs from September through the following June. Families work with their consultant during the summer to plan the upcoming academic year, acquire books, sign up for additional support, and so forth. Families are welcome to begin the academic year earlier or later than the usual late August/early September date, but MODG deadlines correspond to the September-June year.
Some families, especially those in the Southern hemisphere, may wish to follow a school year that corresponds with their holidays. If a family intends to school from March to December, they are encouraged to enroll in March, as soon as enrollment opens. MODG can place them with a consultant who can help them to begin their school year right away. Their students will be wrapping up the year in December, well ahead of MODG's usual record deadlines. The family's consultant can help them plan out the following year, and set up syllabi and book lists, but they will not be accessible on the Family Site until the family has re-enrolled in March for the following school year.
